We're delighted to have become a member of Access: VFX, a cross-company initiative that aims to promote inclusion and diversity within the visual effects industry.

Outpost joins a roster of 27 VFX, animation and games studios, as well as nine industry bodies and educators, all intent on making the sector a more accessible, equal industry for all.

We recently took part in a panel with Access: VFX at Bournemouth University alongside Blue Zoo and The Mill to discuss how students in secondary school can get into the VFX and animation industry.

“I am delighted to be a part of Access: VFX, and to be working alongside some of the most inspirational companies and individuals in our industry,” said Leanne Loughran, Talent Manager. “The momentum and ethos is infectious and it’s fantastic that Outpost can be involved. It’s so refreshing to see the positive movement of equality and diversity towards the future of VFX/animation and we are fully behind the united Access: VFX family.”
